With the breadth of training, skills, and experience I possess, I offer exceptional quality care to all my clients. My authentic and sincere compassion and warmth toward my clients create a safe and secure environment. This fosters a space to gently build rapport, develop a greater sense of trust, and experience validation throughout the therapeutic process. Overall, the goal is to empower you so that we can collaboratively do the work to remediate your symptoms of distress (e.g., depression, anxiety, interpersonal relational issues, or poor boundaries) and move you in the direction of achieving your goals.
