What should a new client know about working with you?

- If using INSURANCE PAY, you will be sent a link to your Zocdoc listed email address (be sure email is accurate) to complete a HEADWAY Profile in order to complete your booking. Headway is the billing platform that we use to process your insurance. Without the completion of the profile the appointment will have to be cancelled. - Prior to your appointment you'll receive via email 3 forms to review/ sign: Patient Information, No Surprise Act, Patient Privacy. - In-Person visits are required when managing/ prescribing Controlled Medications (such as Benzodiazepines, Stimulants etc). -Private Pay discounts available for students/medical residents with proof of student ID.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first sessions help me to get to know you better by allowing me to gather information about your history such as past treatment, prior life challenges, as well as what your current concerns are. From there I work with you to create goals and a plan. Treatment may include talk therapy, medication or both. My approach in providing care is a collaborative one where I work with the patient to set goals and expectations. I am overall committed to providing compassionate care and ongoing support to my patients. I would describe my approach as warm, supportive, empowering and solution oriented.
