Dr. Shah was very warm and compassionate and just all around had excellent bedside manner. She listened carefully to my concerns and I really appreciate that she took time to explain things in detail and used precise anatomical terms instead of vague language.
Office staff were all friendly as well and I had minimal wait time.

Dr Vasudha Shah was very easy to interact with and patient. There was no rushing. This was my first experience with a podiatrist so wasn't sure what to expect. I think she was thorough, listened attentively and explained things in sufficient detail. I would have no issue seeing here again.

Dr. Shah was phenomenal! I went to her after a negative experience with another podiatrist. She was thorough, kind and understanding. She used visual aids to walk through my X-ray and describe what was creating the pain. I walked a way with simple solutions and a pair of orthotics and flip flops that I could wear!!!

On the morning of my visit, the entire office building had no power. I took the stairs to the office expecting to be turned away but I was greeted with a smile and processed as if it were a regular day. The power eventually came back on and the appointment went very well! It was great to see how staff handled an unexpected situation with teamwork and professionalism!

This has been the best experience I’ve had in decades of visiting doctors. The doctor was incredibly informative, professional, and highly knowledgeable about foot care. I was genuinely surprised and impressed by the quality of treatment and service I received.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm, positive attitude. Ariel and Morgan provided outstanding customer service — the best I’ve seen in years. They were helpful and courteous, even assisting me with the paperwork to ensure everything was completed smoothly.

This was my first visit with Dr Shah and this office. I was getting a second opinion on issues I'm having after toe surgery a year ago. Dr Shah was very thorough and came up with a game plan that my old Dr did not do. I'm hopeful that my issues will improve based on her care and suggested treatment. Very efficient and friendly Dr and staff. I would definitely recommend them.
