What should a new client know about working with you?

In our virtual sessions, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, just as I would in person. I’ll work with you to understand your concerns, explore what’s been working or not, and come up with a personalized treatment plan which may include medication, therapy referrals, lifestyle guidance, or supportive check-ins.and my goal is to make this experience feel as personal and supportive as possible. If you ever have questions or need clarification, I’m here to help. Let’s take things at a pace that feels right for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I prioritize building trust and therapeutic rapport by creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment. I take time to listen, understand the full context of a person’s mental health, and encourage open dialogue. Clinically, I use evidence-based practices for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. I also monitor progress closely and adjust plans collaboratively. Ultimately, my goal is to provide high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care that meets people where they are both literally, and emotionally while helping them move toward better mental wellness.
