“I was happy with the wait time. My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I got there at 10:15 AM. According to front desk, I needed to change my PCP before seeing the doctor. And I was able to get that done over the phone within 10 minutes. Once I was done, I saw the doctor that I made an appointment with at 10:29 AM and I was out of the office at 10:48 AM. Must I say anymore? Friendly staff, friendly doctor and quick and efficient service. ”

Was searching for a new primary care doctor and stumbled across Dr. Torres on ZocDoc. She seemed uninterested in details I was giving her about my past medical history. Went for an annual check up and all she did was draw blood and tell me to give urine and walked out the room. Did not ask questions about health or medical history (I ended up telling her because I do have a concerning medical history) just overall would not recommend!

I found the doctor to be quite curt during the appointment. When she called me about my blood result, she rushed me off the phone so I wasn’t able to fully understand how to fix the problem.

Easily the most pleasant doctors visit I've had in a long while! Everyone was kind, patient, empathetic, nonjudgmental and welcoming. The Doctor and RN both took their time to answer all of my questions and were patient while I wrote my notes. Overall great experience!

Dr. Torres was amazing. She kept it real, and offered options for me to try and look into at home. Nothing felt rushed, and I knew she was interested in learning who I am and what my lifestyle looks like so she could help me. She was personable. The office was nice and small. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but that’s not too big of a deal
