I am a board-certified PMHNP specializing in medication management for adults and young adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, mood disorders, and substance use concerns. I use careful assessment, education, and shared decision-making, and may add brief CBT or motivational strategies. When therapy is needed, I coordinate with your therapist for seamless care.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price is $199 for the intake appointment and $150 for follow up appointments.
