Dr.verna was great! My only issue is staff misinformed me when I came in. I payed out of pocket and they told me how much it would be before the consultation. When it was time to check out they raised the price by a significant amount. I did not get any additional testing. The price they had originally given me was already high upping it after the service is unethical and unprofessional. As a young adult surviving that extra money was being accounted for food for the week. Had she told me the truth I could’ve looked for an alternative route. I balled my eyes out after that experience and I urge the office to never let that happen to anyone again!

The doctor wasn’t helpful, I told her I previously took two period tests and they were both negative, I went in to get checked because my period is 2 weeks late and my cycle is 45 days late and all she provided was another period test, when I was looking for a scan. waste of time.

The front desk staff were kind, professional, and made the check-in process smooth. I only waited about 25 minutes before being seen. The waiting area was welcoming and clean. The provider was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I’ll definitely return for future visits!
