What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—by creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I use evidence-based psychiatric care to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and stress. I work together with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, therapy referrals, and faith-informed support when desired. As a Christian, my faith guides how I show up with empathy, kindness, and hope, while respecting each client’s individual beliefs and values. My ultimate goal is to help you build emotional resilience, rediscover your strengths, and move confidently toward healing and wholeness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first session is a safe space to share your story, concerns, and goals. We’ll talk through your symptoms, history, and what matters most to you, then create a personalized care plan together. You’ll leave with a clear next step and the reassurance that you’re supported on your journey.
