What should a new client know about working with you?
My role is to guide and not judge you in your treatment journey. I provide evidence-based psychiatric care with a collaborative, patient-centered approach. That means we look carefully at your history, symptoms, and goals, then build a treatment plan together. I use structured therapy approaches like CBT and CPT along with thoughtful medication management when appropriate. I explain options clearly, encourage shared decision-making, and tailor care so it supports both symptom relief and long-term well-being
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The first session is an opportunity to begin understanding your concerns, discuss your history, and establish a relationship. The session is a focused, respectful conversation where your story leads. I listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help connect the dots around your current challenges and goals. We review background, discuss possible treatment paths, and talk through benefits and risks so you can make informed choices.
