At Valor Health, individualized, client-centered care is our top priority. We often feel alone, inadequate, and challenged to be fully authentic with those we love. However, you do not have to feel helpless. Help is always a phone call away. Allow us at Valor Health to help you heal. Your mental health needs will be addressed in a timely manner to achieve optimal results. We promote the healthy mental development of children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families. We prioritize the things in your life that matter most to you. We are accepting new patients! We offer in-person visits and telepsychiatry, which allows you to see a provider from home.
We care for patients with various psychiatric disorders, including Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, and Substance and Alcohol Disorders. We don't just write prescriptions. Our focus is on you, your potential growth, and empowerment.
Your care is an important collaboration, and we will take the time to learn and understand who you are as a person. We at Valor Health welcome clients of diverse backgrounds and anyone with their own unique identity. Please feel free to reach out for inquiries. At this time, we see clients by in-person and telehealth visits in the DMV (DC, MD, VA) area.
Our team’s education includes an Associate’s degree from Baltimore City Community College, and both a Master’s in Nursing and an Advanced Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, ensuring expert, compassionate care tailored to your needs.

I had been waiting a week for this appointment. It was coming close to my appointment time and I had yet to receive any communication about the video visit. Then, it was time for visit and I had yet to receive any communication. I called the office and no one picked up. Unprofessional office and NP. I would not recommend this place at all. Zero communication, what practice does that? Not a good one.
