What should a new client know about working with you?

With compassion and understanding, I work with each patient to help them build on their strengths and attain personal growth. While each case is unique, I believe that empathy, experience, expertise, and the right care plan can transform lives and put that belief into my practice each day. My comprehensive approach to mental health treatment is based on mindfulness and positive self-expression.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapeutic approach includes educating patients and their families on risks and benefits of prescribed medications and recommending other methodologies and techniques that can help them address personal life challenges. While medication alone is enough for some individuals, it is not always the only solution. I use a balanced approach that involves patients and their families in medical decision planning.
