“Got an email and a text everyday 6 days prior to my visit to verify the appt. Very annoying. Appt. was at 11:45. Got there at 11:30 to fill out paperwork. Was seen by a nurse at 11::54. Sat in patients room until 12:46. An hour after my appt. for an ear cleaning that took all of 5 minutes. Doctor was cordial and gave me tips on ear cleaning. Make sure you have no plans after the appt. because you will be late. Doctor must take on to many patients to make you wait an hour to see him. My time is just as important as the doctors time. Did not even apologize or acknowledge my patience for waiting. I would tell my friends and family to find a different ENT. One who will take the time to listen and treat you without rushing. ”
