I provided my insurance card via Zocdoc and also registered two days in advance of my appointment in their own website.
They did not contact me for anything else other than letting me know that there will be a $150 late/no show fee.
I arrived on time (it was a super rainy day and I had to commute via train) and was told that my insurance was not accepted and that they couldn't see me.
Very unprofessional, irresponsible, and a waste of my time.

Very kind and thoughtful staff. Excellent locations. Great for pre-emptive testing. We caught a nodule that was surgically removed before it was an issue. She also monitors my levels closely.

The office is nice the amount of reminders would not allow me to forget that I had an appointment, but I'm glad I made it. The dr had found something in my thyroid that could have been cancer. We are doing more studies now for this.

Dr. Finn was so easy to talk to and made me realize how impotant it is to incorporate exercise and user choisces with food on a daily basis. Since I am young, pre- diabetic w/ a family history of diabetes.
