About Dr. Victoria Nguyen
My philosophy has always been to first and foremost treat each person with respect. My main goal as a practitioner is to provide a supportive, inclusive environment that cultivates a patient's active engagement in their health by having open discussions about their treatment options. By educating and informing my patients, I believe they are able to take a more active role in their health journey. I also understand that not everyone has the means and resources-whether it's time, finances, support, or other factors-and I honor what patients are willing to do for their own health by meeting them where they are. However, I do have the expectation that patients must be accountable in reaching their own health goals. I can be supportive with tools and information, but ultimately, the patient controls their healing process.
I support all patients with general preventative primary care. However, a large part of my practice focuses on women's health and digestive health. I have worked with women at many phases of life, from puberty to menopause, supporting them through conditions such as PMS, cycle regulation, PCOS, and peri- and post-menopause. I utilize conventional standards of practice alongside herbal medicines and hormone therapy to help optimize health. I also support patients with nutritional deficiencies, IBS, SIBO, reflux, and other digestive complaints. I enjoy working with adolescents because I believe the best medicine is prevention, and if I can educate patients early to create healthy habits, it sets the foundation for lifelong wellness.
I earned my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University, which has equipped me with a comprehensive approach to patient care that integrates conventional and natural therapies.

I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen as a Naturopathic Doctor. In many ways, her treatment, communication, empathy, and toolbelt of helpful suggestions far surpassed those of the MD counterparts I have visited. I really appreciated that she took the time to walk me through different options, get a bunch of blood work I needed to have done, works with me for specialist referrals, helps me interpret the labs, and has amazing and quick communication through the Charm portal. She is sensitive, kind, and caring, and validating. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr Victoria is absolutely amazing. I walked in with a giant bag of medication and one visit she's got the medications cut nearly in half and a plan moving forward to get me on a track to feeling like a person again, not a walking pharmacy. Her bedside manner is amazing, she listens. Really listens and makes you feel like a human with needs, not a lab rat that just needs symptoms treated. I don't think I'll ever be able to see anything but naturopathic doctors ever again thanks to her.

My first visit with Dr Nguyen was very comforting. I am very anxious about new doctors and how quickly doctors usually are in exam rooms.
