Victoria Padron, RD

Dietitian
PA
I have been working with food for 15+ years. I went to culinary school in 2008 and worked in kitchens until 2017. After graduating from Oregon State University’s Dietetics program in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition, I have been working in nutrition ever since. I hold licenses in OR, WA, and FL. I work to repair your relationship with food and help you fall in love again. I love sending resources to patients and providing accountability when needed, all within a safe space. I can help with many conditions such as chronic pain, chronic conditions, EDS, EOE, GI issues, food allergies/intolerances, how to not hate food, weight gain, weight loss, celiac disease, autoimmune diseases, cancer, high cholesterol or triglycerides, and more. I have worked with chronic pain patients for several years, which usually comes with its own unique challenges. About me: I am married and have an old man dog named Frankie. I love food and still love to cook. I run my insurance-based private practice on a telehealth platform only, in order to provide the most access to nutrition services that I can. I look forward to working with you. This provider is not licensed in the states of TX, NY, IN, PA, VT, MA, and CT.
