“My husband was initially concerned that she was a younger provider with few reviews but she far exceeded our expectations! She had great bedside manner, was extremely knowledgeable, listened and answered all of my questions and had even reviewed all of my history and images before I arrived. Most providers seem to be shuffling to review your details in real time be she was all over my case and left me with a plan that I feel confident in rather than dismissed with a script 10/10 I highly recommend!”

I am dedicated to delivering excellence in spinal healthcare. Victoria ?Tori? Payne, PA-C, earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas, San Antonio, and holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. She specializes in spine orthopedics and is deeply committed to providing exceptional care to members of the Willowbrook community, having grown up as a patient and resident herself. Passionate about giving back, Tori helps patients regain mobility and alleviate pain. She works alongside Dr. Hosun Hwang and collaborates with him and the clinical team to develop the best possible treatment plans that lead to optimal outcomes for her patients. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active by playing sand volleyball with her husband, going for runs with her Australian shepherd, and connecting with friends and family in her spare time.
