BEWARE: BeeperMD is a service with a call center in India. After having set up an appointment with Victoria Schwartz PA-C we were told she was with a different patient on a complex case and they would place us with someone else. We said we would wait as long as necessary. This seemed to trouble the call representative in India with the fake office background behind him. He placed us on hold and then after returning again tried to get us to a different provider. He finally stated that the provider we had chosen would simply NOT be returning today. (Reason? This service is "new".) So after around half an hour we did agree to meet with a different NP. She seemed knowledgable and issued medication promptly after reviewing the case. 1) it's unprofessional to swap out providers. We chose this provider specifically after doing research. 2) BeeperMD as intermediary does not inspire confidence. We never signed up to have our data stored overseas or have it travel overseas.

Terrible. I had screened on Zocdoc for a practitioner that could identify a suspicious mole. Victoria Schwartz came up and I booked that appt. My confirmation clearly said mole screening and identification. When I got to the office they said she wasn’t there and there was a generalist without dermatology experience. At the least the office could have called to say she wasn’t coming in and there was no one with dermatology experience. So for general emergencies this may have worked out fine but given that I had something specific it was a disappointment and waste of time.

This is medical sales. I booked my appointment with one person and someone totally different was at my appointment, they just tried to offer every service they provide and they haven’t stopped calling me since then. I booked the appointment to get an ultrasound and see OBGYN and they don’t even offer this service. Said of time
