“I was very impressed with Victoria. She was so nice, and for the 1st time in a very long time, I was listened to by a healthcare provider. She started a little early (which was great as I am always early) and I got the entire hour to talk with her. She heard me when I explained about the medications that I am already on, and what things worked and what didn't work.
