I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds who are facing a wide range of challenges. These include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, compulsive behaviors, ADHD/ADD, relationship conflicts, sexual issues, life transitions, professional difficulties, and post-traumatic stress. I hold a Master’s in Nursing from New York University, as well as bachelor’s degrees from Long Island University and Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.

I take a culturally competent, holistic approach, tailoring care to each person’s unique needs. Combining psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, I collaborate with clients to create treatment plans aligned with their goals and lifestyles. My priority is to foster a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered in their mental health journey. I integrate psychotherapy and medication management to ensure personalized, effective care.
