I provide a safe, judgment-free space where patients can openly share their experiences and start making meaningful progress toward better mental health. Every treatment plan I create is personalized, practical, and evidence-based, designed to help patients regain balance, clarity, and confidence in their daily lives. I began my career in the Emergency Department, gaining experience helping individuals in high-stress and crisis situations. That inspired me to focus on proactive and preventative mental health care, helping patients address challenges before they escalate. I work with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, and life transitions, combining compassion, expertise, and attentive support to guide each person toward lasting mental wellness. I’m committed to providing care that not only treats symptoms but also empowers patients to thrive.

I use proven therapeutic methods while also focusing on your unique experiences, values, and goals. I believe therapy works best when it is personalized and centered around what matters most to you. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling heard, understood, and empowered with tools that help you navigate life with more clarity, confidence, and balance.
