My experiences thus far have taught me that the best approach to an individual's health is best achieved by understanding the patient. Taking the time to know their strengths, limitations, goals and level of commitment provides the groundwork on which to build a joint coalition to guide a patient through their healthcare journey. I also hope to cultivate an environment where patients can comfortably voice their queries and differing opinions without reluctance which empowers them to be the primary drivers of their health plan. My experiences thus far have afforded me the knowledge to manage a wide spectrum of chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension etc) but my preference is to focus on prevention of such conditions. How I stay healthy and happy Rowing, weight lifting, any sports along with spending time with family which is where I draw most of my strength.
