I take a collaborative, holistic approach to mental health care. In our first session, we will spend time discussing your history, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. I view each person as unique, and I tailor treatment plans that align with your values, strengths, and goals. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and cultural awareness. Ongoing sessions focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment when needed, and continuing open and honest dialogue. I want you to feel safe, understood, and empowered throughout your care.
