About Dr. Vincent Vargas
As a health and wellness provider, I have always aimed to practice modern, efficient, and evidence-based medicine across diverse groups and health settings. I graduated from St. Luke's Medical Center College of Medicine - William H. Quasha Memorial (SLMCCM-WHQM) with a Doctor of Medicine degree and completed my Residency in Family Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. My goal is to empower my patients to make informed decisions about their own health and well-being; I consider you my partner in making beneficial health choices.
Both the provider and the patient have important roles in our relationship, and I deeply value patient autonomy in deciding on key medical issues tailored to their unique situations.

Very much a "city" office. Staff are friendly but some come across cold at times (very blunt, felt sometimes rushed). The quality of service was decent, the doctor took time to address my questions as efficiently as he could (very structured and informed). Not in-love with this provider but they were efficient and consistent in getting the job done. I will be back as this provider is still very practical but when I have the time to find a new provider, I will likely transfer.
My last provider was slightly misogynistic and dehumanizing towards neurodiverse individuals causing me to seek out a new provider. This provider and his team are both diverse and friendly with regards to marginalized identities (LGBTQ+, POC, neurodiverse, etc.).

My doctor Vincent was great very tentative and super friendly. He recommended tests that were appropriate for my age and is currently maintaining great communication even in after hours. I would definitely come back for my next visit!

Dr. Vargas had a great attitude, he was down to earth, a clear communicator and easy to talk to. He made sure I was comfortable, that I understood everything we went over during my appointment and had no questions left unanswered in the end.

Dr. Vargas was very friendly, knowledgeable and same goes for his colleagues in the dr office. Didn’t have to go anywhere to get my blood drawn which was awesome to get it all done with one appointment. I did not have to wait at all. Highly recommend

I was looking to establish care with a new primary physician. I am so glad that I met Dr Vargas. He seemed totally knowledgeable of any questions or concerns that I had, and took the time to listen to me. He was not in a rush to move onto the next patient, as did other doctors I have experienced in the past. The office space was very clean, not to mention super stylish & trendy. Very welcoming & warm. All the staff were beyond polite and made me feel right at home. Totally recommend Dr Vargas to anyone!
