My goal is for every client to feel valued, respected, and supported while knowing they have a provider they can depend on. During your first session (typically 45–60 minutes), we will take the time to carefully review your history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors. Together, we will create a tailored treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or an integrative combination of both. ?
