The doctor was fine. But, I filled out a form for my debit, which they then didn't use. They demanded I give them a copy of my bank account or that I had to pay again. They made me talk to multiple staff members. They allowed multiple people to go before me. It wasn't clear if they took my insurance.

They like to ask for a lot of personal information like a photograph and to keep a credit card on file. They charge extra fees. There’s an extra credit card processing fee. There’s “unexplained extra fees” they bill you for and blame “the insurance”. I asked let me know before you do anything insurance won’t cover and they say they can’t tell me that because side they don’t know what insurance will cover. The providers themselves are pretty good and friendly and helpful. They don’t give enough refills on medications I take forever, so I have to keep calling them every few months to beg for refills when like I need my meds every day no matter what. They won’t communicate with the pharmacy for the refills either. In the past, they treated me for something with a painful treatment that did not help and eventually I saw a different provider who gave me a painless treatment that helped.

Dr Virali was super super good. However, I had a lot of issues at the clinic. They were overbooked and understaffed, which led to a huge delay in my appointment. I came in at 9, and I left at 1pm for an appointment that should not have taken more than half an hour. I won't be going here again.

People seem nice enough but they weren’t super helpful when I came in, didn’t know I had an appointment despite confirmations and an assistant called me with results without being able to explain the results which was incompetent and scary for a patient at best.
