I recently visited the doctor's office and had a very positive experience. Prior to my appointment, I reached out with some last-minute questions, and the staff were incredibly helpful in providing the information I needed. Do not recommend this office. I had a scheduled an appt and got a confirmation text. Upon arrival on time to the office, the front office staff member told us “just because you booked and got a confirmation, you still have to wait till the office physically calls us to confirm and since they didn’t call us there was no appt scheduled”. The Staff member Cecilia Garcia also said, “this happens often” that people book with Zocdoc and get confirmations but still “doesn’t mean the appt is booked” which made no sense. Also the fact this is not the first time was strange they didnt update their information on Zocdoc to avoid wasting peoples time who experience the same issue.
Separately, I entered the filters on Zocdoc that define the location of pain which connected me with a Dr at this office. The front desk staff member then advised that the doctor only focuses on lower spine which is not what they showed on their Zocdoc profile.

It was a little confusing being in Baylor Irving. I did get lost finding the office. Spent about 20 mins or so doing paperwork. After that waited maybe 5 mins or so before I was called back. Everyone was nice and professional. I booked that morning and got my appt for the same day!
