About Dr. Vishal Saggar
Dr. Vishal Saggar completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University on a three-year accelerated track and was Valedictorian of his graduating class. He then attended one of the top medical schools in the country, NYU School of Medicine, where he served as President of the student body and later received the Marion B. Sulzberger Award for excellence in Dermatology. Dr. Saggar completed his residency training in Dermatology at the world-renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and New York Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell. Dr. Saggar practices both medical and cosmetic Dermatology, with a special interest in the use of laser technology to treat the skin. He is an active Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell as well.

Dr. Saggar is an incredible doctor! He performed a thorough head to toe search of moles/freckles on my body. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of everything I addressed and of his findings. He is genuine, kind, and his bedside manner is truly unmatched. I rarely write reviews, but after today’s visit, I felt compelled to do so because of how great the experience was! Front office staff and support staff were very pleasant as well. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

One of the best doctors I've ever been to. Dr. Saggar is patient, kind, earnest, and he knows his stuff. I had a virtual visit where he gave me around ten treatment options with his preference for how successful they would be. And then when I came in, I had a completely painless operation (compared to my last dermatologist, whom I left in a lot of pain each time). Great guy. Great doctor. Highly recommend!

Everything about my visit here was exceptional, beginning with the appointment process. The communication pre-appointment was fantastic. I was a new patient, the office is beautiful. I had essentially no wait until I was brought into the exam room. The medical assistant (I can’t remember her name) was fantastic. Dr. Saggar was the most thorough and educational physician I ever had for my skin cancer check, and being in my 50s I have seen quite a few over the years. I truly believe I am in great hands here for any dermatological needs and I highly recommend Dr. Saggar (since yesterday I already recommended him and this practice to others).
