What should a new client know about working with you?
I take a medication-focused approach to psychiatric care, treating a broad range of patients — from adolescents to adults — for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other psychiatric concerns.
Your first visit will be a full evaluation so we can build a treatment plan together. Follow-ups are brief, focused check-ins to review how things are going and adjust medications as needed. I keep things warm and conversational, so you always know what to expect.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation. I'll ask about your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, and current concerns to understand the full picture before recommending a treatment plan.
Follow-up visits are shorter and focused: we review how you're responding to treatment, talk through any side effects or concerns, and adjust your plan as needed. I take time to check in on how you're doing overall, not just symptoms on paper.
Sessions are typically held via telehealth, and I'll always explain the reasoning behind any medication changes so you understand your treatment plan.
