Dr. G is the best primary doctor I've ever had, and I've had a lot of doctors due to constantly switching insurance plans. He's super accessible and every time I call the office, they have him on the phone within a minute or two. If you ever need a form or paperwork signed, he does his best to accommodate you ASAP. As for his medical care, he always takes a holistic approach and doesn't rush into prescribing anything without making sure he knows exactly whats going on. I can't recommend this doctor enough!

Dr Gowda was definitely accommodating and thorough!! Very nice doctor. Although, the front desk took a long time- but it was worth it because he was very helpful!!

I asked for an X-ray because i hurt by back due to a fall and the only thing that he did was to prescribed me painkillers. I said i don’t want to take painkillers, i need to know was going on with my back. He didn’t care. He said ,
take this, you will feel drowsy and come back after a while to see how you feel. Really?? This is how people are addicted! Because of whatever $$$$ the doctors received when they prescribe painkillers!!!

Dr. Gowda and his assistant were very kind and efficient. I have visited a few doctors since moving to New York, but have not found one that I wanted to continue seeing as my primary care physician. One visit to Dr. Gowda and I am confident that I will continue to see him, when needed. He does not make you feel rushed and I appreciated his friendly and calm personality.

Great person and doctor. I don't usually write reviews, but Dr. Gowda and staff are very understanding and nice, aside from knowing your stuff, this is a big plus.
I had questions about some billing that was new to me and came in to ask about it, after explaining to me what each part of the bill was, the receptionist helped call insurance and Dr. Gowda personally spoke with Insurance company to try and clear any misunderstandings I had.

Change my prior PCP due to waiting an insanely long period of time even with an appointment. Here I didn't have that problem, the doctor was patient and listened to what I had to say. Dr. Gowda (as he suggests he be called) was FANTASTIC. I was seen right away, was listened to with compassion and interest, and was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and intellectual rigour. Haven't had anpther doc this good in NYC.
