Meets the stereotypical internist. Refer everything out and don’t actually do anything. A simple establishment of care and continuing medication lead to 2 referrals and a “see ya later”. Such a waste of time.

It was not busy in the office around noon, the time of my appointment. The wait was reasonable since I was early. All the needed pre visit information had been provided online when I booked the appointment. The nurse practitioner was efficient and pleasant in collecting data on vitals. The physician was quite thorough and discussed all aspects of my health in detail and various recommendation were made.
This is a new facility that is very well organized, clean and maintained.
Parking in a nearby garage was easy to use. I’m quite pleased at this first visit since my prior physician of many years recently retired and I feel confident in this new relationship.

I was thankful I found an internist at the last minute. Though he seemed to be listening i did not have the impression he fully comprehended my symptoms or onset timeline. Sudden onset : Could not pee or poo with out extreme effort, discomfort and pain often ineffectual. I liked that they could run lab test on urine specimen immediately. That was helpful as was Flomax RX, antibiotic but I still do not understand what was happening in my GI. Gut or Urinary tract. I wanted more information on likely cause / effect, sudden onset and information on prostrate

Very professional and friendly staff member, Dr. helped me to get refill for high blood pressure pills.
Dr. is very good listener and the Spanish nurse is very professional and excellent translator from English to Spanish.

Saw the doctor for allergies and he prescribed me a medication that is more common for a cold. I tried calling the office numerous times and spoke to the medical assistant that I have the same symptoms and the medication did not help even a little the MA said they would speak to the doctor and get back to me. I had to call three times over the next week to get an answer and finally when I did all they said was the doctor needed to see me again in the office even though my symptoms when he saw me for the initial appointment remain unchanged. The office staff there also has terrible bedside manner and are rude. Gladly going to find a better office/doctor.
