I had an appointment they gave me confirmation and when I was on there for the appointment, it changed over to a doctor in-house visit for a minute then when I checked out it again and then it went back to video chat, but nobody ever picked up or called me or nothing now I’m without my prescriptions and I’m out of town with my family for a funeral not if I’m not going through enough stuff right now, but to go without my sleep, meds isn’t gonna make anything better! Very disappointed and still haven’t received a phone call trying to explain what happened or nothing! Very disappointed ! I would not suggest anybody to go to this physician!

The failure to communicate between ZocDoc and the provider inconvenienced me because I was told the provider wasn't taking appointments, but if I hadn't called, I would never have known. Then no appointments are available until Tuesday with a different provider, when in crisis this is not helpful.

She did not reach out to me or majority of her patients who booked her for help. 212 reviews of a poor NP Who doesn’t even attend her video appointments it’s a disgrace that whoever’s in charge allows this woman to collect her pay for not seeing 1 of her patients.
