I walk through options step by step, using evidence based medication management and therapy supports when helpful. You stay in the driver’s seat, and I focus on clear education, comfort, and safety at every step.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Reaching out takes courage, especially when you are tired of explaining yourself. I am currently accepting new adult patients, with appointments available within the week. If you want a calm, approachable clinician who listens closely, explains things clearly, and meets you where you are, I would be honored to work with you.
