As a devoted mental health provider, I am passionate about empowering individuals to find emotional balance and foster personal growth. Together, we can challenge societal stigma and champion the importance of mental wellness in our lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?
My first initial session with you usually lasts around 45–60 minutes. We’ll talk about:
Your current symptoms and concerns, Your medical, psychiatric, and family history, Any past treatments you’ve tried (medications, therapy, etc.), Your lifestyle, goals, and support system. Working with me is a collaborative process. you bring your lived experience; I bring clinical training. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your life, values, and goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My typical process after we engage I do follow up with my clients in two weeks after medication management to make sure they are not having any Side effects, mood changes, and other updates and are responding to treatment, I will then adjustment your medications if needed.

My provider is very empathetic and makes me feel comfortable while discussing treatment for my mental health. I am grateful to have someone really take the time to make me feel comfortable with my options and that answers all of my question's with out making me feel like I'm annoying her. That sounds simple, but ive had alot of psych providers throughout the years and they have not all been this caring.

Dr.Vivian is great! I was very nervous about my first appointment since i’ve never been to a psychiatrist before, but she was very nice and eased my nerves. I’ve now seen her twice and I can tell she handles medication management with care and explains why she recommends the medication and the side effects. I 100% recommend Dr.Vivian for anyone who’s new to psychiatrists or just wants someone who listens well.

She was so helpful, she really listened to what I was experiencing and offered me some options I didn’t even know existed. She talked through the efficacy of each treatment plan and we chose together one that would help with symptoms while avoiding potential side effects. Two weeks later and I feel brand new!

Dr. Beduaddo is an amazing doctor! I left my appointment feeling extremely satisfied and well cared for. She truly took the time to listen and made me feel heard, which is so important. Not only did she explain my situation clearly and thoroughly, but she also offered words of encouragement that really helped put me at ease.
