This was my first visit, and I had a great experience. Everyone in the office was very kind, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was easy, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I would definitely recommend this office to others!

The provider was pleasant, the office staff was friendly. During my daughter's wellness physical, I was asked if I had any concerns. I mentioned a rash/fungal concern that I hoped could be evaluated while we were already there. After the physical was completed, I was informed that addressing that concern would require changing the visit type and paying an additional office visit fee, or scheduling a separate appointment and returning another day. As a parent, it was frustrating to be asked about concerns, only to learn that discussing them would result in an additional fee. It also made me hesitant to ask future questions because I was unsure what other concerns might trigger additional charges.
What made the experience even more disappointing was that the evaluation consisted of a brief look at the area followed by a referral to a dermatologist. No treatment was provided, no prescription was given, and I was charged an additional copay for the visit.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Vivian Jones was a breath of fresh air. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and she listened to all my concerns with great care. I left my appointment feeling seen and all of my concerns were discussed with compassion.
