Patient reviews for Dr. Vsevolod Rudoy
Thorough and caring!
do not be fooled by the new, “clean” office with tablets. this doctor and there office will waste your time. they said i had to pay triple my co-pay, which is quite literally written on my insurance card and has been honored by a wide network of other doctors i have seen. rudoy’s office acknowledged i was in-network, but insisted i had to pay a seemingly random number that was over triple my co-pay. they seem to be about the money and little to no compassion if there so happens to be a clerical mistake on there end, which can happen frequently with health insurance. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND SEEING THIS OFFICE, FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER PROVIDER. Nobody deserve this treatment.
I met with another doctor at this facility and had an overall great experience. The person at the front desk was very kind and polite and the specialist I saw was very detailed. I have already set up a follow up appointment so I definitely recommend this place!
Very quick and to the point which I appreciate!
He has been extremely helpful with my medication management. He is willing to help you with your prescription plan and try new approaches when appropriate. Im very lucky to have found him and appreciate his expertise.
The wait time is always very short, but honestly I'd rather wait longer and get the help I need. He's super brief, doesn't ask any questions, has no idea who I am, and despite me being on this medication for years, he refuses to give me more than 1 refill each time causing me to come back constantly so he can say 2 words to me and then send me on my way with more meds. I truly don't understand why I have to keep coming in. The office also is starting to treat me like I'm a monster, or some kind of problem customer. I'm really not - I just simply want to not have to come in all the time in order to keep my life together. The medication I'm on is super benign, not addictive, and like I said I've been on it for years. If you're going to make people come in constantly, at least actually have a full conversation in the office and make it seem like you're actually doing psychiatry.
He is the best.
Right to the point, understanding to my needs regards to my treatment plan.
Intelligent, caring, and professional. Our initial meeting was thorough yet efficient. Thank you!
Gets right to the point and understands the needs at hand. He’s always very cordial and conversational. I appreciate a quick in & our appointment. I never have to wait long!
Very disappointed. Bedside manner was appalling. In and out as quick as possible with no effort spent to try and understand. Repeat prescriptions very difficult to manage, needing repeat visits for 2 minutes every few months (for a treatment recommended to take for 5 years).
Good first visit. Staff and Doctor are pleasant
It's annoying that I have to come in each month for him to say two words to me and then give me a refill. He doesn't really investigate much but yet I have to keep coming in. I want to just get automatic refills because currently, I run out of meds before I can make it back in.
This is the coldest and least professional doctor I have ever seen. He spends 90 seconds with you while just writing a prescription. Money is the ONLY objective, and 10 patients at least are packed into every hour. The very worst.
He was quick and concise.
I've been with this Doctor for years on and off. I'm not the easiest of clients when I shut down but this man has unbelievable patience and mannerisms. It's the main reason I always work with him.
Dr. Rudoy is the consummate medical professional; warm personality; highly competent in all elements of psychiatry; and very efficient. Professional staff, too.
I wanted to see the Nurse Practitioner, Nancy, there. But she was not there. I had to see Dr. Rudoy to get the new prescription. Nancy is more caring than the doctor to the patients.
I went to the hospital twice for panic attacks over a two weeks span. Given that Dr Rudoy and his medical staff were seemingly in charge of my medications, I called at the recommendation of the ER staff to see my Psychiatrist immediately. After 2 days, no response. My husband was concerned and called again two days in a row. After two weeks of calling, I finally received a return call. Even after the hospital recommended he see me immediately, he did not fit me in for two weeks and refused to call in the recommended prescriptions. Ive never experience such lack of concern or professionalism from a medical professional (if you could even call anyone at this office that). When I did finally see him, he saw me for two minutes and did not even ask me about the hospital visits, I had to bring them up and he said "hmm" and just wrote the same prescriptions without looking up at me.
I have concerns regarding this medical office and their professionalism. I would not advise anyone to see Dr Rudoy unless they have to out of convenience.
The staff is incredibly rude
Horrible patient care, total lack of empathy and understanding.
Decent wait time. Saw the doctor for less than a minute. Kind of concerning given the amount of prescriptions they write.
The front desk staff is horribly unprofessional, I never know which doctor I am going to see when I go there. I have expressed concerns regarding the amount of prescriptions I have been given and he nearly laughed at me. Often does not correctly know how much of a drug I am taking even though he has been writing the script for months. He absolutely does not know my name or anything about me after many visits. Lucky if he sees you for more than 3 minutes.
It was a pleasant visit and the wait time was minor!
Two thumbs up
Was a very good communicator and outlined instructions clearly.
Dr. Rudoy and the whole front desk staff are so wonderful. He will always be my doctor.
Ladies at the front desk were very polite and friendly, contrary to other reviews I saw for this office. Dr. Rudoy was calm and helpful, taking time to ask me questions and ensures you come back in two weeks to gauge your progress.
Spent less than 5 minutes with me every visit and guarantee he doesn't even know my name. Terrible staff as well. Would not recommend.
Rarely do I feel the need to write a review for anything, however this office has earned it. The guy at the front desk was a jerk which is even more astounding at a psychiatrists office. After seeing Dr. Rudoy, I called the next day to ask a question. He was seeing a patient at the time so I left a call-back number. It has been a week and he has still not returned my call. Very unprofessional.
Read before that someone described him as a prescription ATM.. so accurate. If you're just looking for medication he's the one. He saw for me about 5-10 minutes and I left with 2 prescriptions. I have seen psychiatrists in the past and they provide medication obviously, but they also at least talk through things and make sure you are getting what you need.
It was my first time at a Psychiatrist and the front desk was so inviting and friendly, and Dr. Rudoy was really nice. I didn’t go to have long drawn out conversations about my fear of flying, I went to seek professional guidance on what would be an effective route for my specific case and I got exactly that. He asked me a bunch of questions that I answered truthfully, gave a quick rundown about my medical past, and he narrowed it down to a medication that should work for me. Haven’t tried the medication yet but I felt really happy and prepared when leaving.
Very professional doctor! Great bedside manner, cares about the patient.
Great and very helpful!
I was a patient with this office for nearly 2 years. I went there because I need evening appointments since I work long hours. Dr Rudoy barely would look at me, but I left with my prescriptions every visit. Dr Nancy and Dr Leon were really lovely doctors, but have no say in how the practice is run, so seeing them is also a waste of time. One of my issues with this office is the secretary, Constantine. His snarky attitude was poorly cloaking his homophobia and classism. He was unhelpful, insensitive, and incredibly rude about any financial issue, rescheduling, etc. If you cancel 3 appointments, you are kicked out of therapy. Constantine shared this “office policy” with me when I was stuck at work and couldn’t make my appointment. I know that they made this “policy” up as a way to get my wife and I out of their practice. Why is a secretary sharing this information with me? Why wouldn’t the actual doctor have this conversation with me like an adult? This office is just looking for a way to make money - they book 3 appointments for each 15 minute time slot, so you’ll probably be stuck waiting for a while anyway. Don’t waste your time with this place.
Convenient, efficient, but thorough. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
He was very accepting, he had a lot of questions but he understood my situation and was willing to work with me and my work schedule.
Caring and efficient
direct yet thoughtful! loved it.
Really thought he was efficient and friendly as was his staff. 10/10 would recommend.
my favorite doctor and staff. He has a good team over there, and they notice when I am not myself. Which is a great personable characteristic to obtain , especially in the times we live in. everyone's copay is different.
Couldnt care less about who he sees.
Dr. Rudoy is the consummate medical professional. Great "bedside manner," efficient, and he has a well-run office and professional staff. Kudos to Dr. Rudoy!
Efficient, understanding, helpful - had an excellent initial visit!
Quick and efficient. Working on a plan for me. Definitely not a therapy session but that's what I expected after reading other reviews. Really just a quick evaluation. I knew I needed medication. He discussed options with me and we'll see how I feel after 2 weeks.
If you are seeing a therapist only to get a drug prescription with little conversation or interest in discussing your issues - this is the guy.
Dr. Rudoy is very personable and efficient physician. Could not recommend him more highly.
Great doctor, quick service, explained things well.
Great doctor, respectable office. highly recommend to any in need of his service.
