About Dr. Warren Grace III
After studying Biology at West Virginia University for just 3 years, Dr. Grace was selected for early entrance to the West Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center and is a board-certified anesthesiologist. He completed his interventional pain fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Grace joins us from Charleston, West Virginia as a former partner of Dr. Tim Deer at the Spine and Nerve Center of the Virginias. Dr. Grace has combined years of experience with thousands of successful procedures to provide improved function and quality of life for his patients. While his patient philosophy blends seamlessly with the rest of the Redefine team, Dr. Grace brings expertise in spinal procedures new to the practice, including sacroiliac joint fusion, minimally invasive treatments for lumbar spinal stenosis (MILD and/or Vertiflex procedures), spinal cord stimulation, DRG stimulation, and peripheral nerve stimulation.

The front office staff was friendly. However the staff member who did the initial intake was incredibly rude and even rolled her eyes and became frustrated with me. The doctor was brief. The intake staff gave me the referrals without any indication. The only staff member who was great was the x ray technician Gina. She was awesome.

If you have Medicaid in NJ stay away from this practice and this doctor. Medical Asst who triaged and provider both said how the ins wouldn’t do this and that before even trying! Wouldn’t request prior medical records per provider if was the patients resoonibiory even after saying how difficult it has been to obtain them. As a provider it would be easier and he said no. Ended on a bad note where was we were walking out he made a comment of never seeing him again and I don’t digress. I will be making a formal complaint against how unprofessional he is. The office shouldn’t accept Medicaid insurance and then bad mouth it and say how it’s to hard to get things done.

It wasn’t a pleasant experience today being I still left in pain , I was a prior client of his colleague , I do understand he didn’t have my records to go by for treatment . So he was unable to treat me but he seemed to have a bad perception of bedside manners , I’m in pain and if a bad day happened so be it I’ll stick to my original provider .

On line appointment is great but the office has to confirm before visiting. Some case the confirmation is not getting on time. If No confirmation make a call and confirm. otherwise they deny your visit and give you altenate date.
