RAIN by RMBI accepts most major insurance plans, including private/commercial insurance, North Carolina Medicaid Standard Plans, and select Tailored Care Plans. Coverage and network participation vary by plan. Please call our office before your appointment to confirm that your insurance is accepted and to verify your copay, deductible, coinsurance, referral, prior authorization, and other benefit requirements.
Self-pay is available for patients without insurance or for those who choose not to use insurance. Sliding-scale fees may be available for patients who meet financial-hardship eligibility requirements. Please contact the office to discuss self-pay rates and sliding-scale eligibility before scheduling.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Copays, deductibles, coinsurance, self-pay fees, and other patient-responsible balances are due at the time of service.

RAIN by RMBI will provide an estimate of anticipated charges, including available discounts, upon request or as required before your appointment. A Good Faith Estimate is not a contract and may not include unforeseen or additional services that become necessary. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill. Please contact our office with questions or to request an estimate.
