What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative and straightforward. I focus on understanding your symptoms, identifying what’s actually driving them, and creating a treatment plan that fits your life not just a checklist. When appropriate, this may include medication management, along with practical strategies to improve focus, sleep, and overall stability. My goal is to help you build practical skills, gain insight, and feel more confident in managing your mental health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In every session you can expect a welcoming, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share your story at your own pace. We’ll review your background, current concerns, and what’s bringing you in, while also discussing your goals and what you hope to get out of treatment. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas where support may be helpful. Together, we’ll start to develop a personalized plan that may include therapy strategies, coping tools, and, if appropriate, medication options. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
