I left multiple messages after seeing the doctor regarding medication she prescribed and NEVER received a call back.
Very sweet/understanding lady, the therapist was great. Overall I felt very comfortable.. ignore the bad reviews.
Dr. Wang is the no nonsense doctor I was looking for. She really knows her stuff. Great personality too.
She's a good doctor, just very straight forward and at times can be perceived as rude. But she is good.
Absolutely terrible experience DO NOT GO find someone else no matter how badly you need care
It was a simple process. Doctor Wang is very kind and straightforward. Definitely recommend.
Learned a lot of information that I did not know. Informative and smart doctor.
She has poor bedside manner. But the therapist you see first is very nice.
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They made me feel comfortable.
Horrible experience Very rude She seems like an idiot
She was knowledgeable, patient, and very understanding

First visit very thourgh. She asked a lot of questions
Crowded waiting room. Mostly high school age. Little feedback during intake experience with social worker felt embarrassing. Doctor changed current treatment plan in a non-emergency situation.
Too early say anything.

I can literally only say that I signed a contract before being allowed to see the Dr. Part of the contract stated that she can sue any patient who posts a negative review of her services. I’ve seen the retaliatory HIPPA violations posted on social media when a pt. left such a review. I literally cannot say more.
Horrible! They wanted a copy of my chid brith certificate. for what reason would they would want that? She’s on my insurance and lives with me. I walked out!! The staff was non professional and waiting area was crowded with little seating. This place looks like a mill - no thanks. Dr has a contract that one signs that if you speak negatively about the practice she can sue you. I didn’t sign anything. I got my child the heck out of there.

I had wonderful experience visiting Dr. Wang for the first time. Her office operates efficiently. Her assistant asked me standard screening questions and transcribed on the computer right away. Then Dr. Wang joined conersation and asked me more questions and formulated diagnosis and treatment plan. She also recommended a book to me. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She got to the point of care quickly. She made me feel safe under her care. After one does of her prescribed antidepressant. I slept 11 hours and felt much better the next morning. I will continue to see her and try to get better soon. I will keep posting my follow-up experience. Hope to help more patients who need mental health care. I am a medical doctor myself and know from professional experience that Dr. Wang is an excellent psychiatrist.
Dr. Wang is a terrible listener, will not respond to calls for minor emergencies, and threatens to sue patients who leave her negative reviews. Highly unprofessional.
I was completely rushed. Doctor Wei Want prescribed me a very heavy medication my first time ever being in her office! I will never return. She did not take the time to listen to me and just jumped right to prescribing medication.
It was the worst experience. Do not go there. Was there 430-715. And the doctor was not professional or courteous to my needs. Huge waste of time and money.
Excellent

The staff was attentive and organized ... They have a routine for new patients. Dr. Wang had a discussion with me and explained her philosophy and what she felt was appropriate relative to a treatment plan. I think it will be a good relationship but I will reserve judgment after a few visits ! I am optimistic about this practice!

Staff was polite and professional however Dr Wei Wang was very rude and impatient and did not appear to have the time to properly address my concerns and questions. Unfortunately will not be returning.
Great!

Dr. Wang's standard wait time is usually about an hour even though I always made sure to book the first appointment slot of the day to avoid this. She always comes in to work late and double books patients, never apologizes for being so late. I find this behavior very unprofessional and unacceptable.
The wait wasn't long and by the time I finished paperwork I was called in. The therapist, Erika, was very helpful in allowing me to tell my story and explain what was going on, validating my feelings and acknowledging any successes I had. Dr. Wang had a very good bedside manner - she listened to me and explained why she was making the recommendations that she was making. The visit felt very comfortable and cathartic.
Very caring. Professional and easy to talk to !
The visit went extremely well. I did not wait longer than 10 minutes. I was immediately seen by a therapist and then the psychiatrist. I would recommend this office for anyone seeking help.
My appt was at 6:15 I was there at 6.. she took me in her office at 6:55pm by 6:58 she was already dismissing me. I was telling her my concerns about my child all she wanted to do was give me a prescription and that's it... I had to ask her to listen to me and stop dismissing me I want the Ned's but I also want to see if my son can get behavioral therapy that can help with her ADHD . For what gave me the Ned's and said ok see in one month, never coming back to this dr
Super sweet staff, clean facility.
Cares about patients.
Spent most of the time with the therapist and then the doctor quickly prescribed medicine with no time to ask questions or understand the prescription. Going for another appointment to see if things get better.
I was very pleased. I was late and the doctor was waiting for me. She listened to me and upped my meds "for now". She also spoke to about the importance of vitamins and good eating habits. I have another appointment in a week. The receptionist was also nice and helpful.
I actually barely spoke with Dr. Wang. An assistant (nurse practitioner?) asked me a bunch of questions regarding my history. Then, I waited an hour for a 3-minute meeting with Dr. Wang who had prescriptions ready for me and pushed depression medicine on me without listening to me at all. Few months later, I got my thyroid checked and it turns out my hypothyroidism (very common) was causing my physical fatigue and all I needed was to go back on my vyvanse that should never have been cut off cold turkey. My current doctor was apalled at this whole level of treatment. If you don't have the time to treat x number of patients in a day, you shouldn't. I'm shocked at how easily they push such strong medication when your patient is literally telling you the problem is elsewhere. My job was affected; my life was affected. I'm just glad I was able to find someone who actually gave a dang.
I spent a lot of time with the psychotherapist and Dr Wang who was able to gain my trust and let me open up about everything that was going through my mind. They really listened to everything I had to say and helped me feel hope when I felt so helpless. I can't thank them enough.
Went in for a 1 hour session and spoke with a therapist for the majority of it. Spoke with the doctor for barely 10 minutes, where she proceeded to make drastic changes on my medication. Left feeling very skeptical about her method of evaluation and treatment.
Most unprofessional physciatrist I have ever been to and completely wasted my time going there. I think this place is actually a joke. I don't know how they say in business. Probably because they just don't listen to what u have to day and write sctriots for xanax to get you hooked to make money. They could careless about your problens. She's practically a drug dealer.
This was the worst appointment I've ever had in my life. Please avoid at all costs. If you want to waste your time and money please go here.
She has an assistant that is really nice. She asked all the questions and wrote them down. Doctor came in for 2 min after Q&A, ran through everything rudely and didn't help at all. She picked up a phone call and had a whole conversation in the middle of this. I would never recommend her. Unprofessional and rude.
Schedules obviously mean nothing. Dr. is preoccupied and seems to hardly focus on the patient before her. Office staff are rude and approach patients publicly and roughly about co-payments and balances.
This was one of the worst doctor's I've ever seen. As others have mentioned, she has you seen by one of her therapists first. Then, she sees you for a few minutes. This place is a mill. She criticized what my previous doctor prescribed, and made awful prescription recommendations. Additionally, she was extremely rude and was trying to catch me lying. For example, instead of asking if I was a smoker. She asked when my last cigarette was. I had one cigarette twenty years ago. Ridiculous.
One of the worst Doctor experiences of my life.
She focused on one aspect of my diagnosis while disregarding everything else. I felt like she didn't listen or have empathy or good bedside manner. Basically for a consult, you see one of the four therapists in your office before you see her. I actually had a better experience with the therapist than with her. They were much more empathetic and conversant than she was. My appointment was at 10 and I didn't see her until about 11:30.
She is amazing she helped me so much and understood my condition and made sure I was put on the right medication she is amazing I recommend her to everyone!
Ok I'm going to leave bullet point 1.) her staff is horrible if you need a call back or a medication.. Been waiting over a week for a prior authorization. I've been working in health care for a long time I do prior auths on a daily basis it does not take over a week. (I have Cigna ppo which shocked me that I needed a pa) 2.) If you are a brand new patient you are not priority so don't make plans you will be sitting there over 2 hours she takes everyone else first. It says arrive 15 mins earlier to your appointment, so be prepared to sit 2 hours and 15 mins to your appointment. ( Netflix 2 movies and headphones got me through it) 3.) The doctor- she is really nice however, she asks you questions and when you answer them she finishes your sentence cause clearly she has no patience for your answer! So to wrap up Netflix, have your answers ready keep them to a 2 word max and pray if you need meds they don't require a pa. Oh and her waiting room is packed so she kind of reminds me of when I worked in a psych mill where they all line up for meds (same concept) just they all wait for their 10 second appointment.
Money hungry doctor who will only see you for 2 minutes to just prescribe a medication and send you out of the door. Be aware of all these psychiatrists since all they do is prescribe medication to make you depend on them so you keep coming back for more and so that they can collect your copay all the time. I got the feeling that she does not genuinely care about your wellness but instead, she cares about making money and ensure that you will continue to come so that you can get more medication.
Dr. Wang and Rachel, the therapist, were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. It is the first time in a while where I feel like I will actually consistently go.
