My name is Wellington Georgiou, and I am board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and am currently licensed in California. My practice encompasses a diverse range of psychiatric conditions, including depression disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma, insomnia, and others.
Despite my limited experience as a PMHNP (under two years), my ten year background as a registered nurse in the Trauma/Burn/Surgical ICU, Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit, and Primary Care has provided me with a unique perspective on holistic patient care. I have had the privilege of working with patients and their families during challenging times and have witnessed their progress and growth. As a nurse, you have the privilege of assisting numerous patients from diverse backgrounds to navigate challenging periods in their lives. My primary objective is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their authentic selves. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
