What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with patients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or SUD. In our initial consultation, we'll thoroughly examine the past, present, and some goals to determine the main issues. Then, we'll collaborate and decide on the most appropriate treatment plan to reach your optimal health. Most patients began to identify reasons for making positive life changes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typically, I use Motivational Interviewing (MI); initially, we'll explore why you sought treatment. We'll decide on the most suitable treatment plan for your optimal health. With MI, we'll explore your concerns & struggles with behavior change. In therapy, I'll support your strengths as we examine deeper & elicit change, guiding you through the process, deflecting any discord, & empowering you.
