Dr. Wendy Menneg is a Doctor of Chiropractic and owner of A&W Chiropractic in Cranford NJ for over 20 years, proudly taking care of the community that she loves and the surrounding area.
Dr. Menneg has a passion for taking care of patients of all ages and walks of life, from newborn babies, children, teenagers, pregnant women, athletes, seniors and everyone in between. Throughout her career she has adopted many Chiropractic techniques and therapies to continue to help as many people as possible.
Dr. Menneg firmly believes that it is an honor to be on her patients healthcare team and each person deserves to be heard, respected and their bodies are unique and need to be treated as such.

Very welcoming staff and doctors. The waiting room and exam room were clean and nicely decorated. The doctor was amazing and friendly and put me at ease immediately. I felt heard and listened to.
