Wendy Stephens, LD, RD

Dietitian
MI
My interest in nutrition began in high school through my love of agriculture, food & nutrition, and health classes. Growing up in the Caribbean, I developed a deep appreciation for wholesome, nourishing foods that were a central part of my culture. That early passion turned into a meaningful career in helping others improve their health and well-being. I’m Registered Dietitian, with over 15 years of experience in the field. With my training in Medical Nutrition Therapy, I support clients managing a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, hormonal imbalances, transplant nutrition, women’s health, and digestive disorders while also focusing on prevention and lifelong wellness. I have a special passion for diabetes management, cardiac health, women’s health, and sustainable weight management. I love helping clients discover practical, lasting ways to feel better in their bodies, reduce inflammation, and move away from rigid diet rules guiding them toward balance, confidence, and vitality. Having gone through my own wellness journey, I know firsthand how powerful food and lifestyle can be in transforming our health. My approach is rooted in compassion and individuality. I believe nutrition is not just about food it’s about the whole person. I take into account the emotional, physical, and cultural aspects of eating to help each client uncover a nourishing path that fits their lifestyle without guilt, shame, or restriction. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida and my Master’s Degree in Health Sciences Administration from the University of Central Florida. I’m also a mom of two beautiful daughters and the founder of Your Beauty Your Skin, a natural skincare line inspired by my youngest daughter’s experience with eczema and my passion for holistic wellness and science-backed solutions.
