I loved the doctor, best experience . The only thing was that the receptionists were talking about patients and it made me feel unwelcome in a place like Loyola that values “sacredness”. I began to wonder what they would be saying about me when I walked away. I get that we all are stressed but talking openly in front of patients is not a good place to vent . Clinic C

Dr wasim was great! He really went above and beyond requested labs and really asked me so many questions showed me how he really cares about his patients! I would I highly recommend him! Also the wait was less than 2 minutes!

Unlike previous doctor visits, this one was very nice. The doctor saw me right away, no waiting. The facility was immaculate. While in the room the doctor was very thorough in his questions and examination. Overall experience was excellent.

Dr. El Ramahi and his medical student were very thorough with my exam. It was my first time as his patient and he exceeded my expectations. He listened to all of my concerns and discussed a proposed plan to address each. I will be recommending him to friends and family!

The doctor was not a great listener. I tried to tell him I had been sick off and on for over a month and he said very abruptly I don’t want to hear of all your illnesses I’m sure there are many I just want to know what brought you in today. I felt my illness was all related to the bouts of sickness I had been experiencing on and off for over a month, but I told him specifically what brought me in and eventually he heard I had been ill for over a month.
He wasn’t a great listener but I feel he is a great doctor
