Both level of care and staff were quite excellent. However, very aggressive office policies make it hard to recommend them. Received constant (unwanted) text messages even after I had confirmed appointment. Maybe six in under 2 hrs - it just never stopped. Also they would not provide any service without storing a credit card number on file, which we hate to do because of potential fraud. Care was good, policies a real turn off which is a shame!

Staff was nice and wait time was not too bad. Sometimes 15 min sometimes 30 min or more depending on how busy they are. Doc /PA there are super nice and helpful.

Arrived at the office and there were no MDs present. Just a PA handling traffic. Basic examination done, and was told to make another appointment that is a month out.

Quick and easy. They were busy so it was almost and hour wait. Once in, professional, courteous and efficient. Quick x rays, and Thomas impressed with his frank and assessment, explaining details and options. A relaxed atmosphere. I will return for a follow up appointment.

Friendly staff but I felt like I was rushed. I had paperwork that I needed filled out for my job but the doctor said he could not because he had 4 more patients to see so I have to see another doctor. I waited for 2 hours just to be seen for 8-10 minutes the least they could have done is probably fill in my paperwork.
