I love how I am able to get testing done when I come to this practice. They have a lab and can do other testing as well.

I was sitting in a dark room for more than 30 minutes before the doctor saw me for my annual physical. Super rushed, not very friendly, no apologies for making me wait. The appointment ended with no blood work I don’t even know why I went. I wasted my time.

Overall, my experience was positive; however, the wait time was excessively long. Additionally, it is unclear whether MOM conducts comprehensive testing based on medical necessity or if testing is prescribed primarily for billing purposes.

I have had a very frustrating and painful experience at this office. My first appointment I waited for almost 45 minutes and none of the things I expected to get done at the appointment were accomplished. I then come back again to get my bloodwork done, and only after receiving the results back did they realize the correct tests weren't ordered, so now I must fast for a third time to get the same bloodwork done. The organization and patient centered care here is nonexistent.

I found the provider very abrupt and did not appreciate her bedside manner. I was honestly very disappointed because she had such great reviews online. She told me I had asthma. I ended up having a serious virus and needing far stronger antibiotics when I got a second opinion. I was very disappointed with the whole visit and felt dismissed. I would definitely not recommend seeing her.

They don't take patients without a credit card even if you have insurance. Waited 45 minutes for them to approve my insurance and because it went past my appointment time, I was told I would need to reschedule. Traveled for the visit that didn't happen.

Dr. Hoyt was exceptionally straight-forward, to-the-point, and practical. When I voiced my hesitancy to taking anti-biotics, she gave me wholistic options to help me feel better. After only a few days, my symptoms subsided. I will likely be switching doctors offices to make her my PCP in the future.
