I had a really positive experience with my initial visit. The provider listened carefully to my full history and symptoms, asked thoughtful and relevant follow-up questions, and even reflected my symptoms back to me to ensure she understood correctly. I felt genuinely heard and not dismissed, which has unfortunately not always been my experience in medical settings. She demonstrated a strong understanding of how positional and mechanical factors can contribute to GI symptoms and was open to discussing appropriate next steps, including imaging, while thoughtfully planning to consult with her team. I left the visit feeling supported, respected, and confident that my care is being approached carefully and collaboratively.

I felt like all of my issues were listened to and considered and I was provided with not only solutions to treat my immediate issue but also suggestions to tackle what could be the underlying causes. I am excited to get some more clues into the type of condition I'm dealing with and how I can address it.

My first appointment with Ms. Morgan was excellent. She was very kind, attentive and she heard everything i was saying and provided specific instructions and referrals. Not once did I feel dismissed or overwhelmed as I have in tbe past with previous providers. Thank you and I look forward to my next appointment and success.
