“Very honest and forthcoming! The approach he takes is more of a concerned family member. He’s very thorough as well and solution oriented. Will definitely put a fire under your bum to get you going but in a wholesome and supportive way. He’s very empathetic and definitely in the right job. Grow therapy does an amazing job with choosing their providers.”

I’m a dual certified nurse practitioner in both family and psychiatric care, with seven years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and life’s everyday challenges.
My approach is straightforward and patient-centered; I strive to be someone you can talk to, not just a clinician. Together we’ll work toward your independence on your terms, focusing on what success looks like for you. Your success is my greatest reward—let’s do this!

No stimulants?, benzodiazepines?. Ambien?, Methadone, buprenorphine. NO PERINATAL PSYCHIATRY.
If you are actively suicidal or have attempted self-harm in the past month, do not book a telehealth appointment.

I don't prescribe these types of medications: No stimulants: amphetamine (Adderall), lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse), methylphenidate/ dexmethylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta, Focalin), dextroamphetamine; no benzodiazepines: alprazolam, lorazepam, clonazepam, diazepam, temazepam, chlordiazepoxide, oxazepam, triazolam; no Ambien: zolpidem.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

He was nice but he doesn't prescribe the medications I needed and that I've been on for years. I just moved to CT and out of meds and haven't been okay but he doesn't prescribe what I usually get so it was a waste of time. It's crazy to me especially if I been on them for years there should be an exception seriously!
