About Dr. William Carlson
$275/month – Direct ADHD Care
FirstCall DPC provides world-class ADHD management for adults who value consistent, thoughtful, and physician-led care. Our approach emphasizes kindness, compassion, and clinical confidence. We do not rush refills, minimize symptoms, or provide fragmented “check-ins.” Instead, we work to understand you, optimize your medication regimen, and support better function, productivity, and overall well-being.
Our ADHD program includes:
• Comprehensive evaluation
• Stimulant and non-stimulant medication management
• Dose adjustments and optimization
• Symptom monitoring and functional goals
• Secure messaging for continuity
• Unlimited telemedicine visits
We treat ADHD as a condition that benefits from active management. Many patients come to us having been under-treated for years; our goal is to improve how you feel and how you perform, not simply maintain the status quo.
The program is $300/month, paid directly by patients. We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance, do not provide superbills, and do not engage in prior authorizations. This allows us to remain fully patient-focused without third-party constraints, delays, or coding requirements.
To ensure every patient receives a high level of attention and remains compliant with care, we intentionally limit the program to 50 active ADHD patients. This allows close monitoring, rapid adjustments, and a continuous relationship with your clinician. We only accept patients who are committed to ongoing care, consistent follow-up, and responsible medication use.
Ideal candidates value access, continuity, transparency, and proactive management. If the monthly fee is a financial stretch or unlikely to be sustainable, we recommend considering that ahead of enrollment. ADHD care works best when patients can remain engaged over time.

Seamless. My life just got a lot easier. Thanks to Dr. Carlson and Emerald Coast Concierge Medicine.
Saturday morning, before we leave for spring break, my son wakes up with a barking cough. Luckily, I’d recently heard of Emerald Coast Concierge Medicine. Within 5 minutes I was on a zoom call with Dr. Carlson. He diagnosed my son and sent in a prescription to our local pharmacy. The whole process was seamless, I couldn’t be happier!

Dr Carlson recently treated both of my children. His care was thorough and effective and he did a great job of engaging with the kids and making it fun for them!
