“Liked the dr but had a lot of trouble w/ RX as dosage was unreadable. Poor phone system, Walgreen pharmacist tried 3 times so(on hold and disconnected) RX was not filled without correct quantity. I was on hold over 30 min and was rudely spoken to. Need physical therapy referral and called twice( on hold again) as of 3 hrs now later, referral still was not sent. Poor follow thru even though we liked the dr. ”

I filled out paperwork on ZocDoc which was supposed to eliminate paperwork at the office. Not true. I had to repeat all the questions asked online. I waited over 40 minutes before I was brought to a room. The Doctor was nice and so was the staff, but I am upset that I am a basically healthy person & am expected to be seen every 4 months rather than every 6 months which is the norm.When I hesitated to book ahead I was told I would not get my prescription refills if I didn't book a 4 month appointment right then.

Scheduled same-day appointment and the office staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked questions. Waiting time was limited and I was seen as soon as I filled out the new patient forms. Dr. DeMarchi was patient and thorough during my visit. Overall great experience and I will be back.

The staff at this office is terrible. They go out of their way to make you feel unimportant and uncomfortable Obviously they are not in need of new patients. The doctor was good, however, dealing with his staff was impossible and quite irritating. They behave as if you we there to bother them. They do not even begin to understand that you are there because you have a problem and you need help. Very uncaring staff. They keep putting you on hold only to hang up on you anyway. It took me 4 tries just to speak to someone about my test results. Horrible experience overall. Especially if you have a real problem. I want not there to play games yet no one seemed to actually care about your health Will not go back

I cannot express how much I enjoyed my first visit to dr. DeMarchi's office (which is hard to say when you're visiting the doctor) the staff is very polite and efficient. The place is impeccable and I was even offered a fresh cappuccino :)
Dr. DeMarchi is so thorough and does not leave anything out, his passion for medicine makes him an over the top physician. I truly enjoyed my visit and I highly recommend this office to any one who's looking for a primary doctor.

This was my first visit to Dr. DeMarchi. He is very informal (doesn't seem like a professional just someone that practices medicine). The office staff is horrendous. They did not have my appointment in their system (when I told them I booked on Zocdoc they rolled their eyes and said "oh, yeah, here it is" very sarcastically), they charged me for an annual physical that my insurance card says is a ZERO deductible, they have no customer greeting or communication skills whatsoever, do not follow up, and cannot answer simple questions without becoming frustrated and hostile. I have had success with Zocdoc before, but this office should not be on the list.

I made this appointment several weeks in advance. A few days before the appointment, his office called and canceled. When I phoned back to reschedule, I could not get an appointment for over a month.
In fact, they couldn't find me in the system and when I explained that I booked on Zoc Doc, she still wasn't helpful in rescheduling an appointment THEY cancelled.
